FNB Basket Loyalty program aims to build a community of FNB Basket customers by rewarding them for their loyalty & engagement on our online store. Our endeavour is to make your online shopping exciting and communal as visiting a store.
There are two different ways to earn reward points.
Shopping:- Customer earns 1 reward point for every Euro spent on shopping on fnbbasket.com
Referring friends:- The customer can refer their friends using a referral link in the dashboard. The referred user must have to register using the link. The referrer user will earn 50 reward points once the referred user completes the first purchase on fnbbasket.com
A minimum of 100 reward points can be redeemed at a discount of 5 euro i.e. for every 20 points, the customer will get a 1 euro discount.
The customer can redeem the reward points during checkout.
The customer can redeem a maximum of 20% of the order value.
The reward point will appear on the user's dashboard and checkout screen with the option to redeem.
